0k333 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Eligibility

To register and use the 0k333 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 0k333 is strictly an adult platform. Players under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering or playing. 0k333 may request age-verification documents at any time, and any account found to belong to an underage player will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and other non-human actors may not register or use the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 0k333, or of any game provider supplying content to 0k333.
• You must agree to use the platform for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial, professional betting, arbitrage, or syndicate purpose.

0k333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent these eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 0k333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any unlawful source. 0k333 uses SSL encryption for all payment transactions and partners with established payment service providers operating in Bangladesh.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, but 0k333 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large or unusual deposits.
• Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your 0k333 wallet within seconds. Card deposits may take up to 10 minutes.
• 0k333 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their standard transaction charges. You are responsible for any such charges levied by your payment provider.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the original deposit. 0k333 does not process withdrawals to a different payment instrument than the one used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is within 24 hours. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed significantly faster.
• 0k333 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or review of any suspected breach of these Terms. Any winnings obtained through fraudulent activity will be voided and the relevant account closed.

0k333 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment service provider, third-party processing networks, or events outside our reasonable control, including national holidays and bank processing schedules in Bangladesh.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 0k333 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using any software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or over 0k333.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information about live hands or games in real time, or otherwise manipulate game results on 0k333.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or in the 0k333 platform itself. Any winnings resulting from a software error must be reported to 0k333 immediately and will not be paid out.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account to bypass eligibility requirements or claim duplicate bonuses.

0k333 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account behaviour, transaction patterns, and gameplay data around the clock. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 0k333 will act without prior notice. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may contact customer support to request a review.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0k333 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if 0k333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 0k333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

0k333 provides all games and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 0k333 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.

Governing Law and Amendments

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and the internal policies of 0k333. 0k333 makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate in all jurisdictions. Players access 0k333 on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

0k333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may close your account in accordance with the procedure described in Clause 8.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 0k333 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
